This course will launch in October 2018.
Although the field of coaching has been established for years, the concepts of team coaching, group coaching and coaching within a group setting have only emerged since the late 1990's. This emergence has brought with it awareness of the different coaching methodologies however, there still exists a "one-size-fits-all" mentality.
In this course, you will explore what it means to be a team and/or group coach, the skills and methodologies that you may need, and practical advice on how to run your own team and group coaching sessions.
