Professional Overview:
For more than 25 years Pam has been helping individuals, teams and organizations define and reach their goals. She has extensive Earlier in her career she worked at the executive level of organizations in a variety of capacities. Her corporate experience has included financial and leadership development experience in addition to leading a behavioral health hospital in the role of CEO. insurance services, manufacturing, aerospace, and healthcare. Specifically, she has worked for large fortune 500 companies such as American Airlines, American International Group (AIG), Bell Helicopter, Tenet Healthcare, and Baylor Scott & White Healthcare. She has held executive-level positions in Operations, Human Resources, Talent and Leadership Development, Organization Development, Employee Engagement, and Quality and Risk Management.

Using evidenced-based methodologies; Pam consults with individuals, teams, and groups in a variety of capacities in a variety of situations and has done so both face-to-face and virtually. Pam’s diverse background in behavioral health, fortune 500 companies, and academia, provides her with a unique and rich blend to understand the complexities and dynamics of organizational life. Additionally, for the past fifteen years, Pam has been an Adjunct Professor at several universities, teaching both virtually and on campus. Currently, she teaches part-time at Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology both located in Dallas, Texas. Pam is a past board member of the International Coaching Federation – N. Texas Chapter and is the author of Virtual Group Coaching: A Research Study which was released in July 2016. In 2018, she was awarded the distinction of Research Fellow for the Institute of Social Innovation for her work in virtual leadership.\

  • Facilitated a large-scale change management initiative that included gaining buy-in from several layers of the organization prior to launch. Designed, developed, and delivered 28 change management workshops with leaders and individual contributors. Remained involved through evaluation of the project.
